Working in the facilities management industry, the role was to address issues within an ailing sub-group. Key issues addressed were poor financial reporting, unrealistic infrastructure costs, lack of budgeting, exiting from poorly performing contracts and lack of visibility of operations by the Group.
Co-owner and Finance Director in the refrigeration industry. The main challenges ranged from the acquisition out of administration of a single group company, day to day management covering responsibility for all financial areas, succesful arranging and exiting of financing facilities and eventual disposal of the company at the optimal time.
Finance Director in a quickly growing Group of companies. Key areas of responsibility were evaluating target companies, securing acquisition funding with business plans and forecasting, completion of due diligence, integration of individual companies into the Group structure, along with accurate management reporting and cashflow management.
Audit manager at KPMG, working in the owner managed business department. Covering a range of clients with turnover from £1m to £150m.
